I have a passion for working with new construction, waterfront homes, condos, Modern homes, investment properties and Luxury Real Estate in Gig Harbor and Pierce County areas of Washington State. I also consider real estate marketing and contract negotiation to be a couple of my greatest strengths.

With more properties hitting the market and a surge in pending sales, our monthly supply soared to 2.32 months, signaling the further transition into a seller's market. This increase in supply, coupled with heightened buyer demand, has tilted the balance in favor of sellers, paving the way for potentially favorable outcomes in negotiations.
